here's the Time Line Huiyi planned for us!
Lets say if the last person's paper ends on 11 march,
By 20 march we must place order for empire shirts. Cos mostly it takes 3 weeks to be done. Which means From 11- 19 march, We must decide the design of the shirt. During chalet we can sit down and come out with identity.
15 March --- Deadline for shirt design.
19 March --- Refresh 2
20 March --- Place order for shirt.
21- 23 march --- Chalet
24 March --- Deadline for Identity ideas ( identity may include for freshmen also)
25 March --- DnD
28 march - 3 April --- Buy identity ( any days in this week)
11- 13 April --- FOW
14- 16 APril --- FOC
Ohh & remember some of you guys told me that my cheer was too long? hehehehe i could'nt sleep last night so i managed to change the lyrics, during chalet share with you all ~ Next week's gona be the last week of exams, the week after that let's have our first glam outing in town! Do check Facebook for more details soon!

Hi VETRA!
It’s been really a longggg time since we last met up as a whole empire! As such, we haven’t discuss much stuff for the welfare of our empire!
Fear not…..we had discussed quite a few things over the dinner gathering just now, and here goes….:

It’s been really a longggg time since we last met up as a whole empire! As such, we haven’t discuss much stuff for the welfare of our empire!
Fear not…..we had discussed quite a few things over the dinner gathering just now, and here goes….:
- Vetra Chalet
- Our ICs are Kelvin and Jovina. (Sorry if i didn’t list your name here, let me know about it ya!)
- It will be @ NSRCC (the safra card thingy, kelvin will grab a few of you and source out tgt).
- Tentative dates: 7-9Mar 2011 or 14-16Mar 2011(this dates will be more ex because it coincides with the secondary school holidays, peak period)
- We will try to keep it @ the minimum cost because we still need to spend on other things like tshirts and identity.
- Vetra Empire T-shirts
- We need ICs for designing (brainstorm, design, show u guys, then make it a reality) and sending the tshirts to suppliers. I (Stanley) don’t mind being the main IC for this, but I hope to have 2-3 more people to help me out ya! =) Volunteers please????
- Tentatively, 2 tshirts per pax.
- Colour of the tshirt will depends on both the design and the colour palette available from the suppliers.
- In the meantime, I’ll do up a list for you guys to fill in your sizes.
- Empire Identity
- Throw in your suggestions!
- Current suggestions: Swimming googles, fans!
- Phone ICs
- After sitting down and discuss over dinner, we realised that we don’t have phone ICs yet! That’s why maybe the past 2 dinners and outing suggestions received such low response.
- So, we thought that it would great to have 1 main phone IC, with 2 co-ICs, to sms your list of people to remind them of the upcoming dinner/outings/random updates etc.
- Volunteers? Most prefered for those who’ve unlimited sms so that cost would not be a problem for you! =)
- Shona volunteed, so pick your man and you can start the war!! =P
